What to do when Transcend display fails to reactivate after selecting Display Off?

Simply turn off/on Transcend. If the device fails to do so, plug in the device for a charge. 

If Transcend does not turn on after restarting or charging, please contact Zeal Optics directly as they are responsible for distributing and taking care of warranty services for Transcend.
