Why is the device not recognized by the computer?

When connecting Snow2 to your computer:
  1. Make sure your computer is not powered off or in standby mode.
  2. Power on Snow2 by pressing down on the power button for three seconds.
  3. Check the display to make sure Snow2 is on.
  4. Connect Snow2 to your computer using the provided micro-USB cable.
