Order & Payment

You can purchase Recon Jet, Recon Snow2, and accessories for both devices through our online store.

Note: we current offer Snow2 both as a standalone device and as part of a bundle with Uvex G.GL 9 goggles. Snow2 supports a number of other Recon Ready goggles, but those are not available from the Recon online store.
 

Accepted payment methods

The Recon online store currently accepts Visa and MasterCard. We currently do not accept PayPal as a form of payment.
 

Payment, acknowledgement, and confirmation

Once your order has been confirmed, you will receive a shipment notification email. You can check the status of your order at any time by signing into your Recon online store account or by checking the Order Status page.
 

Promo codes

If you have a promo code, please enter it in the Order Summary section of the Shopping Cart page, then click apply. Your discount will be shown automatically.
 

Cancel an order

If you have already paid using a credit card, please e-mail us to cancel your order. Make sure to include your order number, contact details, and the last four digits of your credit card number. A customer-service representative will be in touch.
