Recon Instruments Online Shop Purchases

Products in their original condition purchased from Recon Instruments Online Shop may be returned for a refund for up to 30 days from the shipment date.
Items damaged due to reasons not covered under warranty will not be accepted back for refund under the 30 Day Money Back Guarantee. Shipping fees are also non-refundable.
Products returned to Recon Instruments require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number which can be obtained by e-mailing Recon Customer Support. Shipping fees for returns are under customer's responsibility.
Any products that do not have an RMA number will be refused and returned back to the original sender.
Once your return is received and inspected (within 72 hours of receipt), we will process your refund and automatically apply a credit to your credit card or original method of payment within 7 days.
Retail Store Purchases
Items purchased at retail or online stores other than Recon Instruments must be returned where you purchased them. Return policies may vary. Restocking fees may apply. Contact the dealer directly for return policy information.
