Warranty Returns
 
In the event Recon Instruments determines that your product has a manufacturing defect covered in our Warranty Policy, contact your local Recon Instruments authorized dealer or email support for shipping instructions and an RMA number. 
 
Warranty Policy
 
Recon Instruments warrants to the original purchaser that the Product will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for one (1) year from the original date of purchase. The Limited Warranty is not transferable by the original purchaser. All subsequent purchasers acquire the Product as is without benefit of this Limited Warranty.
