How to get a device serviced under warranty

Recon Instruments Online Shop Purchases

Products in their original condition purchased from Recon Instruments Online Shop may be returned for repair or inspection within the warranty period. 
Products returned to Recon Instruments require 1) Proof of Purchase, 2) a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number which can be obtained by e-mailing Recon Customer Support. Shipping fees for returns are under customer's responsibility. 

Items damaged due to reasons not covered under warranty will not be accepted for repair or inspection. Shipping fees are non-refundable. 
Any products that do not have an RMA number will be refused and returned back to the original sender.
Once your warranty return is received and inspected (within 72 hours of receipt), we will determine if it requires a repair or replacement.
Retail Store Purchases
Items purchased at retail or online stores other than Recon Instruments must be returned where you purchased them for warranty services. Return policies may vary. Contact the dealer directly for warranty return policy information.
