Transit time

For domestic shipments:

Ground: approximately 2- 4 business days (please allow additional time for APO/FPO addresses).

For international shipments:

Standard: 4-10 business days (please allow additional time for APO/FPO addresses).

Delivery procedure

Because most of our shipments contain valuable items, our carriers are required to obtain a signature upon delivery. If you don't expect to be available to sign for your shipment, consider shipping the item to an address where someone you trust can sign for it. We cannot change an order's shipping address after that order has been prepared for shipment.

PO box addresses

We do not ship to PO boxes. Please provide a street address to which the shipment can be delivered.

Problems with delivery

If you encounter any problems with the delivery of your shipment, please e-mail us. Make sure to include your order number, contact details, and shipment tracking number in your message. A customer-service representative will be in touch.
